Norbert Hackl, PLS: President & Senior Land Surveyor
- Born in Vienna, Austria, Norbert has lived in Bozeman since 1992. He graduated from Hoehere Technische Lehranstalt, a technical school for civil engineering in Vienna, and went on to receive a First Diploma in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Agriculture and Rural Engineering in Vienna.
- Norbert has over 25 years of land surveying experience and has been a business owner since 2002. He obtained his license as a Professional Land Surveyor in Montana in 2001 and has been a member of the Montana Association of Registered Land Surveyors (MARLS) since 1997.
- Norbert has also served as President of the South Central Chapter of MARLS and is currently Vice President of the Board of Trustees of the Fort Ellis Volunteer Fire Department.
Morgan Bills, PLS: Vice President & Senior Land Surveyor
- Morgan is a graduate of Montana State University with a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology with a minor in Land Surveying.
- With over 5 years of experience in land surveying, Morgan is proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Carlson Survey.
- Morgan is a member of the Montana Association of Registered Land Surveyors and has been with Alpine Surveying & Engineering since 2015.
Clint Litle, PE: Civil Engineer & Project Manager
- Clint is a graduate of Montana State University with a B.S. in Construction Engineering.
- With over 30 years of civil engineering experience, Clint has worked on a wide range of projects, including commercial, residential, and light industrial development.
- Clint is a licensed Professional Engineer in Montana, North Dakota, and Washington State, and has been a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Montana State University Civil Engineering Accreditation Board.
Evan Vinger, EIT: Civil Engineer in Training
- Evan is a graduate of Montana State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
- With over 10 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries, Evan has worked on a variety of projects, including wastewater treatment systems and general site design.
- Evan is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and is working towards obtaining his Professional Engineer license in Montana.
Evan Lewis: Survey Crew Chief
- Evan is a highly experienced survey crew chief with over 5 years of experience in the surveying industry.
- Evan has worked on a wide range of projects, including construction surveys, boundary retracements, and subdivisions.
- Evan is currently working towards obtaining his Land Surveying license in Montana.

The majority of reviewers had exceptional experiences with Alpine Surveying, praising the friendly and knowledgeable staff, as well as their professionalism and accommodating nature. The team was able to answer phone calls promptly, even during busy periods.
Customer Service Issues
However, one reviewer had a negative experience, citing poor customer service. Priscilla Robinson rated the company 1 star and stated that she was not contacted after initially being told she would receive a call back within a short period of time. She felt that the company was unprofessional and would not recommend doing business with them.
