Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Behavior
Strongly negative reviews were given by James Wood, James Wood, and Andrew Grose. These customers had poor experiences with the company, citing unprofessional behavior, false information, and additional billing. James Wood's engineer did not even inspect the attic, while Andrew Grose was charged extra for unclear reasons after the project was completed.
