Our Story

Founded by Keith Russell, Ensign Engineering and Land Surveying started as a land surveying firm with a vision to become a multi-disciplinary engineering firm. In 1995, the company introduced structural and civil engineering disciplines, and since then, we have continued to grow and expand our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Today, we are a full-service engineering and surveying firm with licenses in 32 states and a presence in 10 countries around the world.
