Custom Control Solutions, LLC, founded in 2001, is a locally owned partnership located in Cleveland, Tennessee. Our mission is to provide a first-class level of satisfaction to our clients by delivering engineering solutions to the most challenging industries and processes. We have over 30 employees with the knowledge and expertise to assist you with any industrial engineering project.

Electrical Engineering

Our electrical engineers and designers have a vast array of knowledge with PLC controlled operations, servo systems, process and packaging automation, and material handling. We have provided engineered solutions from green field projects to upgrading obsolete PLC systems.

Programming

At CCS, we utilize the latest software packages from Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Modicon, and others to develop a comprehensive system integration solution. Servo system programming is also in our field of expertise.

Mechanical Engineering

Custom Control Solutions has over 75 years of combined mechanical design engineering experience. Designing in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, we work with you to complete any design engineering project.

Panel Building

CCS is a UL508A certified panel builder. We custom build your panels at our Cleveland, TN facility per designs completed by our own engineers or per the design provided by the customer. We do a complete wiring check at our site and can also provide commissioning and startup services at the customer site.

3D Printing and 3D Scanning

3D printing helps improve the design process while also reducing cost. Our 3D printing can assist your project with proof of concept or even end-use devices designed and printed at CCS. A fundamental reason behind 3D laser scanning is to collect data on an existing process and facility. This allows for a more accurate and timely install.

Machine Safety Systems

CCS has TUV certified engineers on staff to design your machine safety systems.

Packaging Systems

Our team can produce a complete custom packing line to increase your packing efficiency. We will work within your project scope to deliver the most effective electrical and mechanical processes for your packaging line.
