• Kay Thrasher: With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Ms. Thrasher has been elevated to the position of Vice President, overseeing the Drafting Services personnel. She has successfully completed numerous large institutional projects and has expertise in geothermal system design.
• Bill Estes, PE: With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Estes has served as a HVAC contractor and design engineer for various companies. He has expertise in HVAC systems, energy studies, and geothermal design, with a portfolio that includes projects ranging from schools to industrial facilities.
