Founded in Greenwich, Connecticut, our company has played a significant role in shaping the design, engineering, and physical development of the town and surrounding areas. Our leadership team consists of experienced professionals with expertise in project management, engineering, surveying, and construction-related competencies. Our CEO, Gigi Ma, has over two decades of experience in investment banking, proprietary trading, and operating executive roles. Our Vice President and Senior Surveyor, Roy Cary, has over 30 years of experience as a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. Our Vice President and Senior Engineer, Leonard Szczesny, has over 40 years of experience as a registered Professional Engineer.

Local Partnerships

We have developed long-standing relationships with local authorities, including the Town of Greenwich, and neighboring towns such as Darien, Stamford, and New Canaan. We have handled over 1,000 wetlands applications and prepared environmental impact statements for large-scale projects.
