Labrada, P.E., has over 18 years of combined experience in the field of civil, structural, geotechnical, material testing, and inspection, and project management in residential, commercial, public, and private development projects. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1997 with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree. With significant experience in both privately consulting firms and governmental public agencies, our Principal is well-equipped to lead our team in delivering exceptional engineering services to our clients.
