Meet Our Team

Our team is made up of experienced and talented professionals who are passionate about what they do.

• John Heath, PE: As a founder of the company, John serves as an advisor, teacher, mentor, and cheerleader in support of our staff.
• Tom Barwick, PE: With over 30 years of experience at Heath & Lineback, Tom has worked on a majority of the major roadway projects and bridge projects the company has designed, and is responsible for managing the IT functions for the company.
• Justin Henslee, EIT: Justin started working at Heath & Lineback in 2014 after receiving his bachelor's and master's degrees in civil and structural engineering. He is a designer in the structural department and enjoys working on complex projects.
• Phillip Ravotti, PE: With a successful career at Heath & Lineback, Phillip has had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and is currently focused on bridge design.
