Southeastern Engineering, Inc. (SEI) is a multifaceted engineering firm that has been serving public and private clients throughout the southeast region since its inception in 1996. Founded by Teresa Epple, PE, PTOE, with a background in traffic and transportation, SEI has established itself as a reliable and versatile partner for clients across various sectors.
Our Story
SEI's story began when Teresa Epple, a seasoned traffic and transportation engineer, founded Traffic Engineering Solutions in 1996. Chad Epple, PE, with a background in civil engineering, joined forces with Teresa in 2000 to expand the company. Together, they built a reputation for delivering exceptional designs on time and within budget, while fostering strong relationships with clients. Over the years, SEI has grown to offer a diverse range of services, including traffic, transportation, environmental, and civil engineering, program and construction management, land surveying, landscape architecture, and 3D scanning.
