We provide structural design services for commercial, residential, and institutional projects, including curtain walls, railings, stairs, heavy timber, temporary shoring, and excavation support. Residential Services

We specialize in residential projects, from designing construction and permitting drawings for large residential homes to providing structural analysis for additions and renovations. Our engineers and project managers use state-of-the-art techniques to solve complex engineering problems on time and on budget. We have extensive experience in the complex residential design and construction permitting process, both for new construction and renovations.

Waterfront Services

Our waterfront services include construction design and permitting, seawalls, bulkheads, piers, and boat lifts for commercial and residential clients. We help design new seawalls, assess existing ones for repair or expansion purposes, and perform construction supervision during the building process. We've designed boat launches, piers, and docks for residential, commercial, and municipal clients, and have helped them navigate the complex regulations and permitting required for waterfront construction and development.

Forensic Services

Our forensic services include investigating property damage, fire investigation, and determining the causes of damage to commercial and residential buildings. We work with clients in the insurance industry to independently investigate damage and determine the soundness of the remaining structure and potential for repair. Our team has performed numerous inspections for water and wind damage in the aftermath of hurricanes and super-storms, as well as assessing fire damage in commercial buildings and private homes.
