For over 60 years, Sitts & Hill Engineers, Inc. has been a trusted partner for clients seeking high-quality engineering and surveying services. We take pride in our horizontal organization, which ensures that decision-making is always close to the project, and our clients have direct access to our principals.

Who We Are

Sitts & Hill is a multidiscipline design firm specializing in all aspects of civil and structural engineering, industrial architectural design, and land surveying services. Our diverse portfolio ranges from light commercial to heavy industrial projects across various sectors, including aerospace, oil, and gas, rail, marine/waterfront, commercial, multifamily, land development, education, and specialty engineering for towers, cranes, and tanks.

Our Philosophy

At Sitts & Hill, we believe in providing a business platform that enables design professionals to excel in project delivery. We achieve this by having our "Working Principals" actively involved in every project. Our current Principals have between 20 to 40 years of experience in their respective fields, ensuring that our clients receive expert guidance and attention to detail.

Our Team

Our leadership team consists of experienced professionals who have dedicated their careers to the engineering and surveying industries. Our Principals are:

• Larry Lindell, PE, SE, LEED AP: President with 35+ years of experience in structural engineering and design.
• Kathy Hargrave, PE, LEED AP: Civil Principal with 35+ years of experience in civil engineering, including commercial design, site development, and environmental review.
• Michael McEvilly, PLS: Survey Principal with 25+ years of experience in land surveying, including ALTA's, topographic mapping, and boundary surveys.
• Andrew Boileau, PE, SE: Structural Principal with 20+ years of experience in structural design and analysis.
• David Boileau, AIA, LEED AP: Principal Architect with 25+ years of experience in architectural design, project management, and construction administration.
• Don Davis, PE: Civil Principal with 18 years of civil site design experience, including industrial, rail, and airfield/flightline projects.
• Brent Leslie, PE, SE: Vice President with 40+ years of experience in structural design, industrial engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, cranes, and railroad.

Our Services

Sitts & Hill offers a wide range of services, including:

• Civil Engineering: Stormwater quantity, quality, and conveyance system design, gravity and pressure sanitary sewer systems, fire and domestic water system design, and street and roadway design.
• Structural Engineering: Design and analysis of multi-story offices, structures, warehouse facilities, and multi-family complexes.
• Architectural: Design services including building design code analysis, cost analysis, project scheduling, and BIM modeling and rendering.
• Land Surveying: ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, boundary surveys, topographic mapping, laser scanning, and UAV/sUAS mapping.
