Telecom and Wireless Group
Our Telecom and Wireless Group at LETS America is dedicated to providing construction engineering and design services for wireless and telecom sites and towers. Our expertise includes the complete life cycle of telecom and wireless engineering and construction, from design to commissioning. Our services include the design and development of cell sites, tower construction, and installation of telecom equipment.
Data Analytics Services

Our team at LETS America consists of experienced professionals with a combined experience of over 200 man-years. Our team includes Prabhu Mohapatra, Ph. D., President/CEO, who has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, design engineering, and sustainable technology industries. Our team also includes Madhan Kumar K, PE/SE, VP/Director of Engineering, who has over 15 years of experience in structural, land, building, solar, telecom, and infrastructure engineering. Brittney Sunderhaus, Director of Finance/HR, has over 7 years of experience in customer services, contracts, HR, project control, finance, and engineering. Ron Toler, Director of Business Development, has over 30 years of experience in telecom and infrastructure industries in management, customer support, and business development. Chad Williams, Construction Superintendent, has over 15 years of experience in construction and construction crew management for AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon macro and small cell projects. Finally, Javier Pompa, General Manager, has over 20 years of experience in general business process management, including quality process, project management, and international business.
Locations
LETS America has several locations across the United States. Our corporate center is based in Chandler, Arizona, and our engineering center is located in Fremont, California. We also have a field services office in Little Rock, Arkansas.
