Our History & Values
Born out of a vision to address the need for qualified operators in Hawaii's wastewater industry, Aqua Engineers began in 1981. Our founders, Ian Kagimoto, Walter Briant, Seichi Oyama, and Frank Kiger, forged a reputation built on integrity, expertise, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges of water and wastewater management in the islands.
