Bartlett Engineering & Surveying, PC is a full-service civil engineering and surveying firm that has been serving private, commercial, educational, and municipal sectors in North Carolina since 1997. Founded by the Bartlett family, the company has grown from a staff of two into a multi-million dollar business that is committed to providing engineering solutions that are not only of high-quality and sustainable but also socially and environmentally responsible. Our Team

Our team is made up of experienced and dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering best-in-class engineering services. Our owners, Robert S. Bartlett, PE, and William A. "Tony" Bartlett, PLS, lead our team of project managers, project engineers, project coordinators, survey managers, senior CADD designers, and accounting personnel. Together, we have a wealth of knowledge and experience in civil engineering, land development, land surveying, and environmental services. Our team is the backbone of our company, and we are proud of the expertise, talent, and dedication that each member brings to the table.

• Land Surveying: Our land surveying services are precise and reliable, providing our clients with accurate information for their land development projects. We offer a wide range of surveying services, including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, construction staking, and as-built surveys.
• Environmental Services: Our environmental services are designed to help our clients comply with regulations while minimizing the impact on the environment. We provide a range of environmental services, including wetland delineation, threatened and endangered species surveys, Phase I and II environmental site assessments, and stormwater pollution prevention plans.
