APM & Associates, Inc. (APM) is a multidiscipline engineering firm established in 1989 in Dallas, Texas. For over 30 years, APM has supplied numerous projects, both public and private, in a variety of areas with one common quality: we consistently exceed our clients' expectations while always maintaining the integrity of their budgets. Our staff has acquired a combined total of over 250 years of design experience, and we bring this vast depth of knowledge to every project, every time. APM has been the recipient of national awards for outstanding civil engineering design, including the 2013 ACEC National Engineering Excellence Award for the DART Police Headquarters in Dallas. This project also achieved the first-ever LEED Platinum Certification in Texas for historical sensitivity, innovation, and sustainable design and construction procedures. APM provides services throughout the state of Texas, with a unique blend of capabilities that allows our staff to be integrated into a design team tailored to the requirements of any specific project. We maintain a "small firm" attitude that allows us to approach each client's project with the personal attention it deserves.

Leadership

Our leadership team includes Afisu Olabimtan, P.E., President, who has been instrumental in shaping the company's vision and direction. Tony Okafor, P.E., Vice President, brings over 38 years of experience related to structural systems, with an emphasis on bridge elements. Ronald L O'Connell, P.E., Associate, has been with the company since 1997 and has served as Vice President. Eric Kroner, P.E., Associate, has over 25 years of experience in planning, design, and project management. Each member of our leadership team is dedicated to ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
