At Powers Hill Design (PHD), we are a boutique civil engineering firm located in Memphis, Tennessee, providing personalized services to our clients. Established in 2005, our firm is woman-owned and environmentally conscious. Our principals, Nisha Powers and Steve Hill, are accomplished and dedicated to their field and core values.
