Our team is led by Dmitry Ozeryansky, a professional engineer with over 25 years of experience. Dmitry is licensed in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Texas, and has a deep passion for historic building preservation and adaptive reuse. He is joined by Elizabeth Collier, our Business Operations Manager, who oversees project management and Elizabeth is deeply committed to Ozer's growth and development. Hessam "Sam" Madanipour, our Engineering Design Manager, brings his expertise in engineering design to our team.
