Our comprehensive services include mechanical design, energy studies, construction drawings and specifications, trouble shooting, due diligence investigations, life cycle cost analysis, construction cost estimation, and construction administration. Industry Experience

Our portfolio reflects a diverse range of design experience, from small restaurants to major healthcare renovations and additions. We have significant experience in central chiller plant and central boiler plant mechanical design and control systems, as well as variable refrigerant volume systems from major manufacturers like Mitsubishi and Daiken. We have also designed numerous geothermal projects, including the 640-ton Marion Junior High School, a 185,000-square-foot facility. Our chilled water, boiler, and thermal storage projects include the Bass Pro Pyramid under construction.
