Enoch Engineers, P.A. is a multidisciplinary consulting engineer firm with over 30 years of experience in providing top-quality services to our clients. Our team consists of dedicated professionals who have worked on a wide range of projects across various engineering disciplines, including structural, civil, environmental, and geotechnical engineering.

Our staff is highly experienced in working with public agencies as well as individual clients on a variety of developments. We have extensive knowledge and expertise in designing, developing, and evaluating various civil engineering projects. We also employ land surveying personnel who are proficient in providing electronic surveying services for residential, commercial, and municipal projects.

Our History

Enoch Engineers, P.A. was founded in March 1999 and is located at 1403 NC Highway 50 South, near the intersection of Interstate I-40 and Interstate I-95 in Benson, NC. Our founder, Mr. Joe E. Godwin, Sr., P.E., P.L.S., previously founded and owned Godwin-Jordan & Associates, P.A. in Dunn, North Carolina. Godwin-Jordan & Associates, P.A. was established in 1980 and provided quality professional civil engineering services throughout the state of North Carolina.

Key Personnel

Our team is led by key personnel who have years of experience in the engineering industry. Joe E. Godwin, Sr., P.E., P.L.S., has over 33 years of experience in providing services involving municipal utility systems, commercial site planning and design, shopping center design, construction administration and inspection, structural design and evaluation, subdivision layout and design, roadway design, foundation studies and design, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical design, geotechnical engineering, erosion control and storm water management design, boundary and topographic surveys, construction staking as-built surveys, wetland delineation surveys, and control surveys.

Fleet Temple, P.E., and Jason E. Godwin, P.L.S., are also key members of our team, bringing their expertise and knowledge to our projects. Brandon L. Heath, R.S.O., is our C.M.T. Supervisor and has received training in nuclear gauge safety, NCDOT QMS nuclear density technician certification, and introduction to asphalt pavements certification.
